Birthday!

Today is my friend Jake's birthday today. My other good friend Kayla and I decided to go hang out with him all day long. We went and saw Taken. . .it was nothing new for me because I had seen it twice before, but it was fun none the less! After hanging out at the mall for a couple of hours we went to get Pizza. Little did Jake know, we were going to the pizza place that his high school sweetheart works at. It was precious when he went behind the counter and gave her a big ol hug! It was so cute. After hanging out and having some conversation to catch up on the good old days we came back to Jake's house to have a James Bond Marathon. Its been a really good day. . .

Look! She likes me!

This weekend I decided to go see my family in Mt. Pleasant. We get there Saturday night and Molly has Miss Amelia asleep on the couch. Well, she wakes up and while my mom is holding her Amelia does nothing, but look at me so thats my cue take her from mom and invoke the role as Amelia's favorite cousin. I ended up holding her for most of the night after my parents left. Apperently she liked the taste of my fingers. We discovered that I'm her favorite at the family party when she started crying and I took her and she stopped crying. Either I have magic powers or kids only like me when they're little babies.

I didn't do it. I swear.

It was a night of T.V., internet, and my regular phonecall with my beautiful girlfriend when the doorbell rang. Dad, Dal, and Kadee rush to the door as I'm coming up the stairs. (I didnt even hear the doorbell) All three turn to me with glares on their faces.
"Did you order pizza?" asked Kadee as she tapped her foot.
"No," I said with complete honesty "I've been on the phone with Thea since nine."
"Well who ordered it then?" asked dad.
Dad had been sitting at the computer all night and didn't make a call. Dal doesn't order pizza. Kadee had been on the phone with Amber. I meander over to the door and see my old friend Kendra there with two large pepperoni and sausage from Dominos Pizza. I'M willing to take them, but we have no money. We send Kendra on her merry way with the pizza's. In the end we've determined the pizza's were a prank.

My lovely sister

My sister concerns me. She had her hair cut today and I couldn't tell the difference. Tonight her and her friend Kimmi decided to "Style" it. She looks like a rooster. I'm probably going to regret saying that later, but hey! Its true. My family frightens me sometimes. Molly needs to teach this girl a thing or too, but lets hope its not BIG hair.

Guns and Gambling. . .You gotta love it.

"The name's Bond. James Bond." For several years I've never been a James Bond fan, but my family is different. They LOVE the movies. Especially my Uncle and Cousin. They talk about the movies non stop. Well, just to satisfy them I've decided to give the movies a chance. I saw Quantum of Solace in theatre's with my family and decided that since I actually enjoyed the movie I'd try a few others. I found a Casino Royale package at Walmart for $10. It had a two disc special edition (in full screen unfortunately), two decks of playing cards, and a poker chip for Texas Hold'em. I actually enjoyed the movie and have now watched it twice. Once on my own and once with my dad. Well everyone that reads this (so far only two people read my blog) will know that its actually worth watching. Remember these movies are "Shaken, not stirred."

Welcome to the SCA

So I'm going to tell you about a new organization that I'm working on joining. Its called the Society for Creative Anacronisms, (or something to that effect) but those who are a part of it call it the SCA. They recreate pre-16th century life. Our area is called the Province of Arrows Flight. The guy in this picture is one of my best friens named Cameron, except that we call him Rat. Today a friend of his from a city up north from us brought down a girl for him to meet. I didnt catch her name, but this is her. Well in the Province of Arrows Flight we have a little tournament that we hold every week called "The Brat Tourney". We hold it so that a person can claim to be the BIGGEST Brat of all. I've never competed, but I probably will someday when I join the Rapier Fighters. Instead I fight with guys that wear big armor and fight with big weapons.

My Awesome Girlfriend

Ok. So I have to tell you about my awesome girlfriend. Her name is Thea and even though she lives 600 miles away she's the greatest girlfriend ever. As many of you know my birthday was not too long ago (January 8th to be exact) and my girlfriend did the coolest thing for me. She made me a GIANT Peanut Butter Cookie that looked like a Pizza. She is so AWESOME!!!
